Those who eat fish have shown to have a better stability when it comes to cognition and memory when they get older.
If you feel depressed, then consider eating fish on a weekly basis. The omega-3 fatty acids in the fish have been linked to increasing the effects of antidepressants, making people who eat fish happier. It can also help those who suffer from other mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder.
