My mother-in-law and niece arrived the other night from Naga City. Since we have guests, I thought of grilling some porkchops and a big bangus (milkfish) for dinner. Dadijun was able to buy sweet ripe mangoes from the supermarket and I took one piece and made it into a salsa.
Making this ripe mango salsa is really easy. All you need to have are the following:
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Just dice and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Then, season with salt and pepper to taste. Very easy, isn’t it? It goes well with any grilled food, too.
