Now, you can make your own version of the Goldilocks baked treats and desserts right at home with the Goldilocks Bakebook! In commemoration of its 45 years in the business, Goldilocks willingly shares 211 pages of 108 Goldilocks recipes plus the story behind the country’s well-loved bakeshop.
As one of the winners of Goldilocks’ blog writing contest in 2009, I was blessed to have been invited to its intimate launch last week at Glorietta 5. I was also given my own copy of the bakebook, signed by no other than the founders themselves, sisters, Clarita Leelin-Go and Milagros Leelin-Sy.
The Goldilocks Bakebook took 7 years to finish, ensuring everything is perfect after countless kitchen-testing. Food styling was done by Chef Heny Sison and food photography was done by Neal Oshima. Go grab your own copy of this historic collection. It’s available in all National Bookstore branches and select Goldilocks outlets.
