In the summer of 2014, my business had me and Alex driving to Legazpi City in Albay. I think I have already written about my boys’ love for Japanese food a number of times already. Japanese food in our family is always considered as a special treat because I don’t usually prepare Japanese food at home. Rap usually orders torikatsu (Japanese for chicken cutlets).
